8.25 annotate

This module supports PDF annotations for viewing with Adobe Reader, via the function

void annotate(picture pic=currentpicture, string title, string text,
              pair position);

Annotations are illustrated in the example file annotation.asy. Currently, annotations are only implemented for the latex (default) and tex TeX engines.
