2.4.10 First Depth to Unroll -first-unroll <depth>

-first-unroll <depth>: this option sets the first loop depth to unroll. Note that a loop is only unrolled when it is supported by the backend. In case of the isl backend, a loop is unrolled if it has a lower bound that can only be incremented a fixed (non-parametric) amount of times.
