3.2.13 Preprocessor Support

All macro packages provide support for various preprocessors and may
extend their functionality by defining macros to set their contents in
displays.  Examples include 'TS' and 'TE' for 'gtbl', 'EQ' and 'EN' for
'geqn', and 'PS' and 'PE' for 'gpic'.
