pskc_get_key_policy_startdate - API function
SYNOPSIS

pskc_get_key_policy_startdate(3) * key);
ARGUMENTS
pskc_key_t * key
a pskc_key_t handle, from pskc_get_keypackage().
DESCRIPTION
Get the PSKC KeyPackage Key Policy StartDate. This element denote the
start of the validity period of a key.
RETURNS
a constant struct (must not be deallocated) holding the content, or NULL
if not set.
